Gualtiero Bonvino, University College London, “Transit Oriented Development Land Policy for Public Transport funding: the case of Turin”

Gualtiero Bonvino is a part-time PhD student at the Bartlett School of Planning, University College London. Gualtiero’s research interests are focused on land use and transport integration and public transport infrastructures funding, using value capture in property developments around stations. Gualtiero is an Architect, Town Planner and property development freelance consultant, with 15 years of work experience, which included working as research coordinator at CRESME, a leading Italian research institute on urban economics and policies and construction industry based in Rome and as senior consultant in Jones Lang LaSalle in the Development and Regeneration Advisory team in Milan.
